Trivx Solutions offers web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, software solutions, and digital marketing services. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary assets (logos, text, images), and clear communication to ensure project success. Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline extensions.
Upon full payment, the client retains the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables as outlined in the project contract. Trivx Solutions retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Trivx Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
